Refund policy
PetDrifts ships within Canada. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order, and customers are responsible for these fees. We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days, utilizing reputable carriers to offer standard and expedited shipping options. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for a refund within 15 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be undamaged, in good working condition, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Products that are damaged or not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact PetDrifts Support at petdrifts@gmail.com. Once you've contacted us, please securely package your product and ship it back to us using a traceable shipping method to ensure it reaches our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping and handling charges, once we have received and verified the condition of the returned product. Please note that refunds do not apply to products damaged due to misuse or for reasons outside of PetDrifts' control, and shipping and handling charges and taxes are not refundable.
